Medical And Dental Insurance:
Comprehensive medical and dental insurance programs are available through Blue Cross/Blue Shield Blue Care Elect PPO and Delta Dental Premier. Both the company and the employee share medical and dental insurance premiums. Domestic Partner Benefits are available for medical, dental and life insurance, per IRS regulations.

Employee Assistance Program:

Maternity:
Maternity benefits are provided through our short-term disability policy (for childbirth) for a minimum of 8 weeks. Adoptive mothers are eligible for 8 weeks of paid leave at the time of adoption of a new child.
Paternity:
LiveWire Mobile will grant new fathers one week off with pay for the birth of a child. This program is exclusive of regular paid time off.
Adoption Assistance:
LiveWire Mobile will assist employees with the cost of adopting a child, up to $3,000 per child will be reimbursed to cover the cost of adoption expenses. This money is treated as taxable income.
