LiveWire Mobile, Inc. (Pinksheets: LVWR), a leading provider of managed personalization services, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an annual dividend of twenty cents ($0.20) per share of common stock for 2010.  The current dividend is payable on March 26, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2010. 

The Board of Directors' intention is that a dividend in this amount will continue to be paid on an annual basis.  However, the declaration, amount and payment of future dividends to holders of common stock will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend upon many factors, including capital requirements of our business, our cash flow trends, financial condition, earnings, alternate investment opportunities, legal requirements, regulatory constraints, industry practice and other factors that the Board of Directors deems relevant.
